Charcot-Wilbrand Syndrome is the loss of the ability to dream.

And beloved, if I were to lose you, I would surely lose my Dream come true.

But beloved, were I indeed to lose you, then may I indeed also lose my ability to dream, that I may not be tortured by the nightmare that is surely dreaming of a lost Dream.
